While we go above and beyond to deliver great results, there are certain tasks we don’t offer in order to maintain safety, protect your home, and preserve the quality of our work. If you're ever unsure about what is included, just give us a quick call—we’re happy to walk you through it. That said, the following are services that we do not provide:
- We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home ... plumbing, painting, construction, etc.
- We do not wipe down or dust chandeliers.
- No lifting or moving of heavy items, refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.
- No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
- No moving furniture or applicances to clean underneath or behind.
- Dishes are an add on, NOT INCLUDED in standard services.
- Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using a dust wand and a step stool, ie. ceiling fans, AC vents, and windows that may be out of reach.
- Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.
- We do not clean anything exterior of the home.
- Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.
- Removing strong odors, mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.
- Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
- Cleaning light bulbs.
- Cleaning rodent or insect infested homes.
- Removing excess paint from surfaces.
- Deep carpet, floor cleaning, steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc. We are not a carpet cleaning service.
- Heavy marks, stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint.
- Cleaning the top of kitchen cabinets
- Cleaning garages in move out cleans unless added on.
- If there is excess clutter, we will do our best to clean around, but we do not move excess clutter to clean underneath. Personal items should be picked up before arrival.
